Beautiful tulips

Today I am back again with my last DT creation for Crafting with an Attitude. How time flies - I have been there a year already. The sponsor this month is Bugaboo Digi Stamps and I am using the image called 4 block tulip square.

I printed the image onto Daler-Rowney Drawing paper and colored it with my Prismacolor colored pencils. I was going to make the tulip a red at first, but then opted for an orange so that the little ladybugs would not get lost in the picture. Once completed, I went over all the black dots on the image with a black colored pencil and then cut the image out on my paper trimmer.

I adhered the image to the top of a white cardbase. The sentiment is a die cut from the Spellbinders March Small Die of the Month kit which I cut once in black cardstock and twice in white cardstock and stacked them on top of each other.

I then stamped the word Birthday in Versafine Onyx Black ink using a Spellbinders clear stampset. The challenge at Crafting with an Attitude is always Anything Goes, so head over there to enter your project.
