Today I wish to share my final project as a DT member of the Scrappers Delight team. Leo

I have a second card to show you today. This is my project for the new release over at Scrappers Delights and I got to work with the Leo zodiac chibi from the VIP pack on the new release. You can see the whole bundle that comes with the VIP package on the Scrappers Delights new release page.

Leaps ahead

Today is the day for the Special Deals over at Scrappers Delights. This is when you get the images that DT members have used at a reduced price and also is the start of the new Scrappers Delights Challenge. The theme is Father's Day or a card for a man. I have used one of the frogs from Froggy Bundle 1.

Cancer Zodiac

Time for a new chibi release over at Scrappers Delights and as always, there is a VIP deal with the Zodiac sign. This time the sign is Cancer and the image is a mermaid with a treasure chest and some crabs.

Mom's Romeo

Today I have another card to show you. This one is my DT Specials choice over at Scrapper's Delights and I chose to work with the Romeo in the Romeo Juliet bundle since I thought he would work so well with the Mother's Day theme on the current challenge.

The Twins

It is the first Friday of the month and time for the Chibi new release over at Scrappers Delights. As always, if you purchase the complete new release bundle you will receive the star sign chibi set with all the elements for free. This month the sign is Gemini and aren't these twins cute?

Easter blessings

Today I have a special project to share with you. It is time for the DT Special over at Scrappers Delights. I get to choose an image to work with and you get to save, because that image is on sale for the month. The DT special theme for this month is Easter and so I chose this elegant lady and colored her outfit in rich burgundy and green. She is from the Victoria Lady Bundle and she comes in 3 different poses.

Time for another new Chibi release over at Scrappers Delights. As was the case last month, if you get all three new images from the release, you will get the star sign bundle for free. This bundle has 3 images and a number of elements all revolving around the Taurus sign.

New release for Scrapper's Delights

It is new release day at Scrapper's Delights and today the release are three new Anime images and if you buy the bundle you will receive a free Anime star sign bundle. I am using the image called Let's Dance for my project today.

Look for the magic

Scrappers Delights returned last month with the progressive challenge in the Scrappers Delights Facebook group. Today we start a new challenge for March and you will receive the new freebie if you participated in February. You can also participate on the new Challenge Blog.

I decided that my art journal needed some love and this was the right image to head there with. I created a page for my disc bound journal out of Canson XL Watercolor paper. I smooshed some Memento Tuxedo black ink onto my glass mat and sprayed it with water. I masked off the side of the page with the hole in it and then pulled it through the black ink. I did multiple passes and in various directions to get the visual texture I was after. Once it was dry, I applied the star through a stencil using Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide ink. I love how the oxide ink's chalky quality makes it sit on top of the background.

Scrappers Delights

If you are a regular visitor to my blog, you will have seen a new badge in my Design Team section. I was chosen to be part of the 2019 Scrappers Delights design team and so here I am with my first project.

It is time for a new Scrappers Delights release and with the bundle comes this cute Aries Chibi. 

CAS Birthday Card

I have another CAS card to show you today. I recently learned that Scrappers Delights was starting up another progressive challenge with this cutie and so I wanted to participate. You can get the image for free from the Scrappers Delights Facebook group, so head over there and get on board.

Since I wanted to show case the image, I opted for a CAS card to show her off. I printed her on Canson XL Watercolor paper so that the card could be truly one layer. I colored her with my Prismacolor colored pencils. I tried a new color combo for her black hair, integrating some blue into it as well. I was not too sure about it during the process, but once she was completed I really liked the blue tint.
