Currently we are still in Florida and here you can see our rig being set up on our spot.
Prior to moving in, it was decided that the recliner was to go into the corner of the back section and that freed up a space big enough for my crafting/PC table. This was the same little table that I had used in our home.
Here you can see my table in place. Perfect placement for the computer, my glass mat and my wooden pencil case. Since my passion is coloring with my pencils and I mostly use digis, you already see the storage for my images right here.
Here is just a different angle, showing the armrest of the recliner and the placement of the printer. Spending evenings coloring and hubby in his chair is so cozy. I love the small living space!!
Obviously a girl has to have a few more crafting supplies than just digis on her computer and that has been accommodated in the bedroom. We have a full wall dresser and the top has these three cabinets that have been designated as my supply storage. I have not yet sorted it and I definitely can do a better job of organizing it, but that will still happen.
Here is a glimpse of the contents - still in a jumble. I need to decide exactly what I want in here as I do also have some items in a storage unit that still needs to be sorted too.
I will probably try to show you how I make progress on the organization and if I make any changes. Once we get on the road, some things may change again to be sure everything goes down the road in good shape and those are also photos I can show you with regards crafting while full-time RV'ing.

ReplyDeleteWow! So glad to see y'all are making your dreams come true. It does look nice and cozy. A great place to craft and be with your spouse plus the bonus of traveling the country to many destinations. You'll get all your craft stuff sorted out and organized in time. I think most of us would be surprised at what we can live without. It's going to be a fun time in your life. [Bunny]

ReplyDeleteHow did I miss out on the fact that you folks went to an RVing lifestyle? I think your use of the space is incredible, Monica, and I envy you the simplicity! Now I'm more impressed than ever with your fabulous creations. :-D
ReplyDeleteIt is a very bold decision to sell the house and live in a trailer. But it's also a very interesting life. I admire you for this decision. Your new craftroom looks great, it feels as big as my cluttered room. Only you have perfect order and I can no longer move freely in my room. Is it time to sell the apartment ...?
