One more deer card

Today I am back with the last card I created with the deer cutouts I made. I will be making some more as I still want to try the paper piecing aspect that is possible with this die, but this is a white silhouette version.

I cut both the deer and the words out of white cardstock and after adhering a panel of patterned paper to my cardbase, I placed the die cuts on the panel. Although the paper was not necessarily from a Christmas pack, I thought it worked well here - those patterns reminded me of snowflakes.

Here you can see clearly how this die lends itself so well to paper piecing. Next project added to my neverending to-do list.

General supplies:
Reflections 110lb heavyweight cardstock
White cardstock
Patterned paper from my stash
Spellbinders November small die of the month dies

  1. I love this cute die and your card. The paper looks great with it. It looks like it could be twinkling little lights. [Bunny]
