Bertha's Baking

Happy Monday! Today I have my creation for the Outlawz Progressive Challenge to show you. The sponsor is Dr Digi Stamps and the image is called Bertha's Bread Baking Bonanza.

This image is also printed on regular cardstock and I decided to do some spotlight coloring here to focus on the HUGE amount of dough that Bertha is working with. I did the coloring with my Prismacolor colored pencils.

Once colored, I cut the image down to size and added it at an angle to a kraft cardbase with a light blue mat on it. The sentiment is also printed and cut to size and I added it to the top of the card.

I enjoy playing along in Progressive Challenges. It is such fun to get a new surprise image in one's inbox every month.

I should be home again when I post my next project and will then also catch up on visiting your blogs.

  3. Yes, bake! Just don't eat all of what you bake. Ha Ha. A cute card. [Bunny]

  4. Bertha looks exactly like me when baking a cake. She is soooo unhappy hahaha The saving in the colors emphasizes Bertha's mood even more :-) I had a lot of fun admiring your card, Monica :-)
