Cool Bug

Hello to all my friends in blogland. I have returned from my trip and will be catching up on your blogs in the next while. Here I am with a new project for the middle of the month at the Rabisco Challenge blog. The second sponsor this month is Hetty Clare and I got work with the digi called Happy Days.

I printed the digi out onto Canson C' a Grain Drawing paper and colored her with my Prismacolor colored pencils. Once done, I cut the image out with an oval die. Using a digital paper from the Flower Power Pack by Gecko Galz, I printed a background which I cut to 4x5.25 inches and adhered it to a colored notecard.

I added a piece of lace to the right side of the card before applying my focal image. I completed the card with a sentiment cut twice out of black cardstock. I glued the two together for some dimension before adding it to my card.
