Bowbo's Music

I am back with another DT project for the new challenge over at Crafting with an Attitude. This month the challenge is sponsored by Lacy Sunshine and I chose to work the with image called Bowbo's Music.

I printed the digital stamp onto Strathmore Toned Tan paper and colored it with my Prismacolor colored pencils. I went for a mix of traditional clown colors for his face, hair and shoes, but went non-traditional on his hat and clothes. I then cut my colored image out with a tattered edged die.

I cut a cardpanel out of red cardstock and embossed it with a Darice music score embossing folder. I adhered the card panel to my cardbase and then adhered the focal image at an angle on the panel.

I stamped the sentiment in Versafine Onyx Black ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. I cut the sentiment out with a small tag die and cut the same shape out of patching craft foam. I glued the tag to the bottom right hand corner and put a small red brad through the hole.
